2. Class Bookings & Cancellations

All classes must be reserved through our online booking system. • Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours in advance of the scheduled class time. • Late cancellations may result in the loss of the class credit or a cancellation fee. • Failure to attend a booked class ("no-show") may be charged as if the class was attended.

3. Memberships & Packages

All memberships and class packages are: • Non-transferable • Non-refundable, unless otherwise stated Expiration dates apply and are communicated at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to use classes within the applicable time period.

4. Health & Safety

By participating in classes at Lagree Haus, you acknowledge that: • You are physically able to engage in high-intensity exercise • You understand that fitness activities involve inherent risks, including injury • You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injuries, conditions, or damages that may arise You are encouraged to consult a physician prior to beginning any new fitness program.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lagree Haus, including its owners, instructors, and affiliates, shall not be liable for: • Any injuries sustained during classes or while on studio premises • Loss, theft, or damage of personal property • Any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services Participation in all activities is at your own risk.

All content on this website — including logos, branding, class formats, text, images, and media — is the property of Lagree Haus and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

4. How to Opt Out and Get Help

You can unsubscribe the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.
